Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

To be considered for the role of software engineer at Gainsight (Gainsight Recruitment Drive 2023), we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

- At least 1 year of professional experience as a software engineer, demonstrating your ability to contribute effectively in a professional setting.

- A solid foundation in Python and its frameworks, along with a deep understanding of various Python libraries, APIs, and toolkits.

- Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres and MySQL, enabling you to work with data efficiently.

- Strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex challenges and find innovative solutions.

- Proficiency in data structures and algorithms, enabling you to optimize code performance and efficiency.

- Experience in writing effective test cases, including unit tests, to ensure the reliability and stability of the software you develop.

- Bonus points if you have knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, AWS, Docker, and Elasticsearch, as these additional skills can enhance your ability to contribute to various aspects of our projects.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to effectively communicate ideas, work well in a team environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- A mindset of continuous improvement, demonstrating your willingness to learn and grow, adapt to new technologies and methodologies, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development processes.
