- 7 Vacancies for candidates of (a) blindness and low vision

- 15 Vacancies for (c) locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy
- 10 Vacancies for (e) multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clauses (a) to (c) including deaf-blindness
Eligibility Conditions :
- For the Indian Administrative Service, the Indian Foreign Service and the Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.
- For other services, a candidate must be either:—
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

How to Apply :
- Candidates who applying for first time need to register themselves on UPSC OTR portal
- Scroll Down to the page and click on apply here
- click on registration.
- fill all necessary information and click on submit.
- after completion of registration you need to login on the UPSC OTR Portal
- after login click on latest notification
- after clicking on latest notification you will see the active exams
- click on Part-I Registration (Make sure you are applying for Civil Service Preliminary exam 2023 in Examination section.)
- fill all necessary information in Part-I Registration form and submit the form (Make sure all filled information is correct before submitting the application.)
- After Completion of Part-I click on Part- II Registration.
- In Part II you need to pay exam fees, upload your photo, signature and Photo id which you select in Part I
- Select your relevant centers and submit the application.
