Job Responsibilities:
At Tech Mahindra, as a Security Solutions Engineer, your key responsibilities will include
- implementing security controls and designing security architectures based on specifications.
- You will gather and analyze customer requirements independently and interpret them with guidance.
- Working with multi-vendor security technologies, you will analyze security infrastructure gaps and design, implement, and support security products for diverse clients.
- Ensuring compliance with client security standards and processes, including IT Risk Assessment Methodology and security architecture approval, will be essential.
- Additionally, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and market trends in network security products and services will contribute to your success in this role.

Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Preferred Skills:
As a customer care representative, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You should have good typing skills and be fluent in both written and spoken English. The ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision is important, and being a fast learner who can meet set targets is highly valued. Additionally, you should have time flexibility to work in a rotational shift system, including holidays and weekends.
