Responsibilities:-

Driving the technical execution of Smart Home and Home Automation services across multiple Engineering teams.

Developing and implementing the strategy for Smart Home Services, including the migration to Google's infrastructure.

Leading and managing a team of Engineers and tech leads to translate the technical vision into tangible results.

Aligning the technical strategy of Services across various cross-functional and cross-PA teams.

Creating an inclusive team environment that promotes growth and success for all team members.

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing strategic projects.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management or team leadership, demonstrating strong supervision skills.

- Previous experience working on a Smart Home-based service.

- Proficiency in full-stack development and distributed systems.

These qualifications will enable you to contribute effectively to our team and make a significant impact on our Smart Home and Home Automation services.

In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills are preferred for this role:

- Proficiency in programming languages is essential.
