The Human Labeled Data (HLD) organization at Amazon plays a crucial role in supporting AI models by providing high-quality data annotation. With a focus on enhancing the search experience for customers, the team delivers scalable and secure labeling solutions. They work closely with machine learning teams to improve various aspects such as semantic matching, ranking, computer vision, image processing, and augmented reality. Currently, they are looking for motivated candidates to audit and review judgments across different workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering excellence.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• English Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal, written, reading, and comprehension skills in English.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
• Efficiency: Ability to effectively and efficiently complete challenging goals or assignments within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements for work from home:

• Work Environment: Home environment free from background noise, ensuring a conducive work environment.
• Internet Connection: Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps and at least 100 GB data from a trustworthy provider.
• Mobile Phone Access: Availability of a mobile phone at all times from a reliable provider.
• Power Backup: Backup power arrangement in case of power shutdowns.
• Location Requirement: Residing in one of the following states or willingness to relocate before the joining date: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal.
