As a candidate for the Front Level Sales (FLS) role, your responsibilities will include:
- Building connections with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to establish rapport.
- Understanding and addressing the insurance needs and demands of clients, recommending suitable insurance products.
- Regularly reassessing the policy requirements of existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Meeting sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Efficiently managing sales and related processes to maximize business opportunities.
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and ensuring timely policy renewals.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders to foster effective relationship management.
Requirements:
- Currently in the final year of undergraduate studies in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Awareness of product-market dynamics to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
