Key Responsibilities:

Seeking a highly responsible and motivated individual to join our team in Pune, India, as a key contributor to our project. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Lead and Business owners to understand project requirements thoroughly. You will take full ownership of projects and drive them through every stage of the development lifecycle, showcasing your expertise in JAVA/J2EEE and UI code development. 

In addition to your technical skills, you will also gain expertise in deployment/entitlement strategies, ensuring efficient and effective implementation. You will engage with internal clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. 

As a valuable team member, you will establish and manage a comprehensive communication program to keep partner organizations informed of project progress. You will contribute to the formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how different areas of the business integrate to achieve overall goals. 

In your decision-making process, you will make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual data in complex and unique situations. You will assess risks appropriately, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and maintaining high ethical standards. 

Additionally, you will transparently escalate, manage, and report control issues, while effectively supervising team members and establishing accountability for maintaining standards.
