As part of our eligibility criteria, we welcome applicants who have recently completed their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) in the respective Branch/Discipline mentioned below:
- Candidates who have successfully passed their Engineering degree during the years 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 are eligible to apply for the available positions.

Age Limit
All interested candidates that the maximum age limit for the positions is 27 years. However, BHEL provides relaxation in the upper age limit for SC, ST, and OBC campaigners, as per the guidelines set by the Government. This ensures equal opportunities for all deserving candidates.
Selection Process
The selection process at BHEL is based on merit, with consideration given to the marks obtained in SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) and Graduation. To ensure fairness for candidates with CGPA results, we have devised a CGPA-to-percentage conversion formula. Rest assured, if you have CGPA results, we will use this formula to evaluate your eligibility.
